EMFLEX heavy duty anchor brackets are a heavy weight purpose built single anchor used for higher
forces than our CAB/CABN cleated anchor brackets. Manufactured either from carbon steel, stainless steel
channel or unistrut railing depending on the anchor loads being produced. Pipe centres and slab or wall distance TBC before an order is placed.

Designed to anchor pipework to a concrete surface in order to prevent movement in the form of a fixed point. The THOR anchor has a mechanical fix by bolting through half of the flange bolt clearance holes and clamping the THOR anchor to the pipe flange connection.
Base plate and clearance hole spacing allow for drilling in situ, clear of the pipe and flanges. A singular gusset plate to suit span of THOR anchor to be fully welded central to acting load. The anchor plate cut to suit span and drilled to suit pipe diameter and specified PN flange type.
We recommend M12, M16 & M24 Fischer FAZII fixings for use with our Emflex THOR & THOR-S Anchors with an embedment distance of at least 70, 85 & 125mm respectively. Each fixing if installed correctly is suitable for 1.2, 1.9 & 3.4 tons of permissable load.
